Standard delivery

Items in Stock will be delivered within 4 Days (Excluding Weekends)

We use Royal Mail for most delivery's.

It's free for orders over £45.00 or £5 for under £45. This is subject to availability and excludes international delivery destinations, and premium delivery services.

Express UK Delivery available for £8 - orders will be prioritised (excluding weekends)*

Standard Delivery will be dispatched as soon as possible on a 24 hour Delivery Service via DPD

Express Orders Dispatched by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked or 24 hour DPD Courier depending on Parcel Size.

***PLEASE NOTE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED MONDAY TO THURSDAY***

 Please note some pieces of Border Fine Arts can only be delivery by hand via our own transport.

Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

 

About our Delivery Service

Items in Stock will be delivered within 5 Days (Excluding Weekends)

Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders of £45 and over, or on any order Collected from our Showroom. We charge £5 for standard UK delivery on orders under £45.

The delivery options for a product can be found on each individual product page. We deliver most items Monday to Friday, 8.30am-6pm

Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result

If next working day is available for your order, we'll offer you these options at checkout. These options are available for Monday to Thursday delivery, order by midday to ensure next day delivery.

We can't guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas. See the section on Delivery exceptions for more details

On rare occasions, some items may take longer to be delivered than quoted in these instances you will be contacted by the office, and advised of a time scale.

 

          Delivery Methods

Large Items will be sent by DPD 24hr Courier Service, all products are fully insured whilst in transit.
