OUR GUARANTEE 

We want you to be happy with your purchase, if you are not, please contact GRAYS 1922 LTD for a replacement or refund within 14 days of your purchase.

 

DELIVERY

Our aim is to fufil all orders within 28 days. In most cases delivery is within 7 days. All items are fully insured while in transit.

PRICES

Whilst we endeavour to keep prices stable, we reserve the right to alter prices as and when it becomes necessary.

All goods are offered in good faith and of course are subject to availability.

PAYMENT

By card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer.

 All goods remain our property until payment for same has been made in full.

POSTAGE & PACKING

Standard £4.50 charge for all UK destinations including Northern Ireland,

EU Countries : £25

Non Eu - Europe : £25

USA : £25

Rest of the World : £25

International Orders are sent under DAP terms of Delivery - Local Taxes and Duty may be payable on arrival

BREAKAGES & SHORTAGES

Please notify the office within 3 working days. We will then organise for a replacement or credit note and discuss return/collection arrangements.

Sizes and capacities are approximate only.

OFFERS

Please note no offers can be used in conjunction with another offer. 

RETURNS

We will only pay the return postage fee/arrange collection on faulty goods. Otherwise it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to us.
